Booking Policies - Hours

If you have a question contact one of our Cruise Salespeople at (800) 242-8262.

Office Hours at Carillon Point 9am to 6pm Monday - Friday, 9am to 3pm Saturday. Because many of our agents work "virtual" we ask that you make an appointment before dropping into the office. That way, you can have our undivided attention!

PHONE HOURS - 9am to 8pm EVERY DAY.... this includes holidays. If you call our number and are connected with our message center, your call will be returned ASAP. Messages are monitored constantly.

E-Mail - 24 Hours a day from the "Contact Us" link... calls will be returned ASAP from 9am to 9pm every day.
